Default Electrical Short...NEED HELP ASAP!!!

As the title suggests, my 91 Si has an electrical gremlin that has reared its head sporadically and it appears that is now here to stay.

Symptoms:

With key in the "On" position...fuel pump should kick on for 2 seconds and then turn off as is controlled by the main relay. What happens is that the fuel pump kicks on half assed, only builds partial pressure and (here is the gremlin) the parking lights kick on. When this happens the hazard indicators on the dash light up dimly and the dash illumination does as well. The lights on the dash shut off when the main relay kicks off the fuel pump but the actual parking lights stay on most of the time (very dimly). When this happens, the starter will not engage either if the key is placed in the "Start" position. It sort of acts as if the clutch was not depressed.

What I've tried so far:

Main relay was the first thing to get changed. That did absolutely nothing.

I figured that the fuel pump had to be bad (before I finally realized that the lighting short and the fuel pump acting weird were related) so i bought a new one and was draining the fuel tank via the fuel return line when I realized that the fuel pump symptoms were likely caused by the lighting short. Out of 10 times trying to crank the car it would act like above, then all of a sudden the fuel pump kicked on like a bat out of hell and the car started fine.

I pulled the flasher relay, hazard switch and even disconnected the headlight stalk in hopes that this would kill the problem but it did nothing. At one point, with the car off the parking lights would stay on no matter what position the headlight switch was in. If you activated the hazard lights, they would blink slowly. There are no bulbs in any light that is out.

At this point I am pretty much resigned to the fact that I'm likely going to have to do some extensive searching to find the culprit...but am hoping that this madness has happened to someone else and i can be pointed in the right direction.

As a last note, I also recall that with the key in the "on" position and motor off, when i turned on the headlights, there was some activity from the fule pump and even a click from the main relay...as if there was some voltage being backfed between these 2 circuits.

LAstly, can someone post up a listing of the fuses in appropriate panels in the car? Since my car is a track car and i onlyh have a portion of the dash i no longer have the fuse panel door which tells you which fuse is for what. I want to pull all of the fuses for ac, condenser fan, sunroof, rear defogger, rear windshield wiper, radio, cigarette lighter, etc. which are electrical devices no longer in the car, thus those circuits can be killed.
