The fog light fuse is in the # 6 spot below the hood release.
EDIT. or above the hood release..

The fuse isn't covered by the warranty! I will not pay a fuse $30 at the dealer..

Alright, I will check the fuse #6 and I will let you know.

Who is "the guy"?

Are they Honda or aftermarket fog lights? Sounds like "the guy" installed something wrong and should fix it?

How can we help you if it is unclear what you have and who installed it.

Hope you can figure it out.
