Was the oil on the sparkside or tubeside of the plug?

could be those circle gaskets that surround the spark plug cover, or some leaky *** valve seals. idk. my buddy had the same prob on his 4g63 dsm POS, and thats all it was, was the rubber grommets i think that surround it. check em out.

take off your valve cover, and see if they're bad dude. I would recommend OEM parts if possible or those felpro ones from autozone have worked good for me.... how much oil was in there??

There wasnt very much, just enough to be noticeable.. And pull off my valve cover to check my valve cover gasket or my valve seals

Well you cant check your valve seals by pullin the cover, so check the gaskets around the spark plug ya know the four in the middle.

And one way to tell if your valve seals are leaking is if you kinda smoke a little when ya first turn it on, and then drive it. If your smoking a little then they could be. Or you can pull your head and have a machine shop test it all...

yeah, it would smoke and burn a little oil. might make a slight ticking noise. and smell a little funny other than that idk. if its not your gaskets, then take it to a shop and see what they say! try posting pics of the spark plug you pulled out.
