Default Best Lightened Flywheel?

Looking for some insight....
Bear in mind that this will be a turbocharged setup.
What is the best lightened flywheel for the ITR when considering cost
to performance? Also would it be advisable to change clutch?
What clutch is preferred? Also looking at adjustable cam gears...
Please give me your opinions
Thanks

I personally like the Exedy.

The Toda has a tendency to wear out due to the starter on our B18's. IF you decide to get the Toda, get the B16 starter to limit/stop the wearing of the flywheel.

fidanza is the best flywheel. For boost i like the clutchmasters stage 4 or 5. For all motor the ACT HD with street disc is a great clutch.

Do you actually have any personal experience with this?

This has been discussed over and over again, but the TODA flywheel is one of the only JDM flywheels that IS compatible with the U.S. starter teeth.

My vote is for TODA 43,000 miles on a TODA flywheel and stock starter with NO problems.

Yes... with a Toda piece, you should not experience starter problems, providing the unit is installed properly. I think it is a very well built unit, however, I have to say, lighter would be better in this respect.

Perhaps look into the Comptech piece, it is super light - 6.42 lbs I think... Actually driven an R with the Comptech and a JDM FD... WOW, the acceleration is hard, compared to stock that is.. not compared to a Porsche GT2

Wouldn't you not want to get a lightened flywheel with boost? Especially with a JDM final drive, good luck with traction. I'd just go with a clutch.

My friend had it happen to him in his EG, luckily it wasn't severe when he caught it, but it still happened. I reseached this about 3 months ago when it happened to my friend, finding that it IS a common problem. He is running the same motor as me (JDM B18C specR), and through my research (which isn't too extensive) i've found that the Exedy flywheel (although not as light) performs better, and isn't overwhelmingly expensive, and has no problems with teeth compatability. I remember coming here reading about the Toda unit, probably when I first joined HT, I am just relaying what I remember being discussed back then.
