i have a stock 99 accord v6 vtec i wanna know if i can beat b16 civics and b17 integras?

also if i put intake, headers, and exhaust what can cars am i in league with?

 

No, your transmission will give out half way through. You may also blow the welds on the intake manifold.

I wouldn't personally. In my opinion, that generation of Accord with the v6/automatic is not very cheap to modify.

Of course you can beat them if you mod it enough, I don't think just I-H-E will do it but think about it you have like almost 2 more liters of displacement. With higher comp cams you will walk on civics that aren't highly modded. There are some fast 98-01 Accords. Even a few on here just research.

i worked a 99-00 civic si on the 5fwy a few days ago ... the guy was riding my *** ... sped up to let him know whats up ... let him catch up ... as soon as i heard his car wide open throttle i dropped it into third ... started pulling on him and he couldn't catch up ... which i later found out it was my friends car it was dark lol ... i forget everything he has but i know for a fact he has exhaust and is on a hondata ... so im sure he atleast has intake and header too ... all i have is intake, header, apexi neo safc ... don't get the wrong idea i don't like to street or fwy race ... only play when ppl f@#k with me ... i don't go out looking for trouble

 

ok look kid you can do what you want to, its your car if youve got the money to blow to just go get another car to make it fast then try something along the lines of a comptech supercharger for the v6 then get figure out a 5 or 6 speed conversion depending on what motors in your car. youll waste your money with a civic its not worth it stick with accords haha

 

headers are the best bang for ur buck easiest 25HP you are ever gonna get....

6th gen accords are weak until you get to 40 or so then they can handle their own.....

 

a header that can produce 25hp is alot of $$$ ...

oh btw i talked to my buddy ... that civic si has full bolt-ons, civic type r pistons, and hondata lol ... fail
