so my 96 ek just started making this cracking sound from the right front tire every time am rolling on on neutral, or i let go of the gas at around 5-40 mph but after that it sounds just fine. plz help.

 

take pics of your rim/tire and also with the rim/tire off. do a visual inspection first.
could be a tire out of balance, bad CV, bad wheel bearing,tire worn weird. desktop diagnosis is kinda pointless. get in there and look, there are only so many things it could be, all of which are relatively inexpensive if you know what your doing.

 

are the lugs loose???
kinda need more info then that. have you even tried looking at it?
