Default Deleting the Cat

what is involved in removing the catalytic converter. aside from physically taking it out, what needs to be done with the rear O2 sensor? Or do you need a JDM ECU?

yes. you need a JDM ECU from a B18c5. and a flux capacitor.

come on, you have 182 posts and almost been here a year. can you not search or google?

And just in case thats too much for you to do too, no, theres nothing else you need to do besides physically removing it. you'll throw a code though. curious though, why do you want to remove the cat? you wont really gain any power.

no, they test your gas cap and plug into your diagnostic computer, so if tehre was a check engine light on for a bad cat or o2 sensor, you dont pass
