Im looking to upgrade the brakes on my 92 Si Hatch, but i dont know what im starting from, and where I can go from here. Someone mentioned the Acura RL front calipers with ~11" rotors , and others run wilwood. It will be mostly street use, as I build this car I dont want to worry if im going to be able to stop or not.

 

For street use, just do the gsr front brakes as you already have rear discs.

Think about it like this, if you have enough brake to lockup the tires, then you have more than enough brake for street use.

rl, nsx, etc. calipers are only for style points on a street car.
