1. I forget. Just under 5 qts if I remember correctly.
2. No, not at all.
3. WTF is a "racing spark plug"? On a stock engine, anything other than basic plugs is a waste, unless you really hate changing them, then some will give you a longer usable lifespan.
4. Makes no real difference, if you don't abuse the car and change it at the appropriate times. Full synth is nice to allow a longer drain interval. I've used Mobile 1, Royal Purple, Castrol GTX, without issue.
5. Weight reduction always helps acceleration.

According to the owner's manual and service manual, 4.2 quarts, if you're replacing the oil filter at the same time (which you should). However, I've found that exactly four quarts puts the oil level right at the top dot on the dipstick on my GS-R, so that's what I use.
DON'T put in five quarts (unless you've learned from experience that that amount puts your oil level at the top dot on the dipstick, which probably wouldn't happen on a stock engine). Overfilling the oil can be bad for the engine, too (just like underfilling). You don't want the oil level higher than the top dot on the dipstick.
