93 del sol s model. what would be the best way to find the blue wire? some say it is the one by the dizzy others say its on the driver side firewall (would be best in my opinion). Reason why i posted this is because someone said that they experienced a dizzy blow up bc of this. i lol'd. and is there a way to have the car not start when it is in gear? thanks for the reply.

On a 93 Del Sol the blue lead is in a 2pin plug near the distributor.
Again, it can not harm the distributor.

For remote start on cars with fuel injectors, the signal is much better at the injector, connect the remote starts tach wire to the wire on the injector, [any injector] that is a different color on each injector.

You are taking a big chance on installing a remote start for automatic transmission only, on your standard transmission car.

You need one of these...

DEI also has something like it but more expensive. 94
