Is it wierd that my cam timing is untouched?

I've got a GSR with B16 pistons, milled head by .01 (roughly 11.7:1 CR) and Crower Stage 3's. I purchased the car after the motor was installed and tuned, but it seems to be making less power then it could. With no cat, no P/S it made 192whp/129wtq, and when the cat was reinstalled along with the P/S it dropped to 175whp...that drop in power really surprised me (the original numbers seem more reasonable).
But I noticed the other day that my cam gears seem to be set at 0. I'm guessing the milled head means it's retarded slightly (is that right, or do I have that backwards?). The car was tuned by a very reputable tuner in the area, who is a Hondata dealer (it's running on an S200). Should I be considering a different tuner, or is this normal? Let me know what you guys think...thanks in advance for the input!
Pics and more info below:
SRI, BPi Velocity stack/ K&N Filter
Blox IM, stock TB
Rage 4-2-1 Header, 2.5 in piping through a high-flow cat, 14" resonator, Hytech Twinloop
RC310's, stock fuel pump.
Tuned with a P28/S200.

a .010" head mill will not require any cam correction. Simply tune your gears to wherever they make the best power for you on a dyno.

Thanks for the reply...Do you think it's odd that they would be making the best power at the stock settings? I'm not too concerned about the fact that they weren't corrected for the milling, I just constantly hear people saying their timing was changed on the cams. For cams as aggressive as these for street driving, it seemed that it might be strange.
In all honesty, I only worry about the cam settings when I'm degreeing/compensating for milling or when it comes to P2V/V2V clearance issues. After that, whatever the car likes the cam gears to be set at, is what it gets, 0/0 or whatever. The power curve on the dyno is more important to me than the actual settings on the gears.
My head has been milled .040 and on the dyno it made the most hp with the cam gear set at zero.... Many factors come into play really. Maybe with a different cam I would have to adjust it one way or the other. They are great to have as a tuning tool...

Crowers...that was my concern also. What would you expect to see? I know it varies from engine to engine, but ball park.

ask your tuner if he adjusted your cam gears for tuning, if he didn't have him or someone else do it so your car will be properly tuned. Some tuners won't mess with cam gears if you don't instruct them to do so.
milled .030 skunk2 tunner stg2 cams,,,they made good power at 0,0
we werent able to try different settings,,,later on i will try to see
if changes much at all

haha ouch, that sucks. Good info guys...I think I've got what I need! Next time it goes back to the tuner, I'll talk to him and go from there. As of now the car is running well, so I'm not too concerned.
Thank you all for the help!

It's nice and tight, thanks for the concern though! The angle of the picture is probably messing with you.
