Icon2 Flowing with the D15B2.

Hi I this whated to ask this because I never saw anyone else do any posted like this before. But anyways I'm trying to find an GOOD flowing Intake, Headers, Test Pipe, and catback exhaust. I know that there are alout of these things out there for the CRX but wich one's would work the best for the D15B2? Because my friend sad if I let to much air out od the engine I would maybe lose HP.

You can only gain horsepower. I ran by D15B1 on a cold air intake(short ram), headers, catback and testpipe.

No, that is not true.

Motors are air pumps, summed up. Cutting the amount of air moving is never a good thing.

There is much more to understand, and to say "back pressure" is wrong.

I'll give you a hint it's got to do with too much exhaust and what happens when you blow into a big straw vs a little one.

lol im not gonna lie at first i was thinking i'll show him whats what!! i found an even better link and now i understand "back pressure" is not the correct term....... seeing as you need a narrow pipe to have exhaust gases exit faster but large enough for no back pressure to build! thank you ***$nyper as i no longer will make that mistake again

In all honesty, I wouldn't even bother putting money into that turd motor, with the money that you would spend trying to get that motor to make some decent power, you could practically buy a z6 or y8 swap and blow the doors off of a6 and b2 powered cars

My pleasure, I'm here to share the things i've learned and teach others

Now you see why I gave you the big straw vs little one example.

And yes Get fuzzy rules, I am that cat in human form.
