Default help with stock brakes....

i have the cheap 88 dx brakes still on my rex. i changed the pads acouple months ago. they are still fine. but when i hit the brakes they go almost to the floor before slowing down. and they just suck! i mean you have to put a lot of pressure and they barely stop. i checked the fluid, it was low as hell, so i filled it. didn't help very much if even at all? any suggestions.

maybe the stock brakes just suck that bad? time for a conversion i guess....

Sounds like air in the brake lines. I would bleed the lines.
