Default brakes not working!

Hey guys.
I just bought another 95 civic dx about a week ago and the brakes are horrible.
I have to press the pedal about 2 inches away from the floor if not to the floor for it to engage.
Any ideas on what is going on?
thanx ahead of time!

bleed your brakes. you might want to buy new brakes and resurface your disks and drums also. does you e-brake go up very far. if so you need to adjust your back brakes

take off your wheels and take a look at your rotors and calipers. does it make noise when u brake or is it just weak?

I had to take off the wheels to bleed the brakes.
Rotors and calipers are fine.
Pads have normal small wear.
And about the fluid, no its full.

apply pressure to the brake before starting your car. when you start it, your brake pedal should go down a little on its own. if it doesn't, bad booster.

hey guys.
checked the booster, not the problem.

since i work at a body shop, we have connections with a tire/suspension shop.
i took my civic over there and they are fixing what they can.
i did get news from them and they said that the rear brakes were locked up, and i will need to buy a new master cylinder.
