Here is some more recent fab I've been doing, I've got more pics of it but don't have the camera with me right now.

Yea it's all taken care of. The oil return is handled by a scavenge pump and the turbo is braced. The manifold design is essentially the best we could do with the engine bay...there is very little room in the engine bay, and the car is a street car so the manifolds will be plenty for the goals of the car.

Damn! That should be fast as hell, I did a LS1 swap into a 1990 and with just headers it hauled ***! Did you make the mounts?

I used a modified older Granny's kit my customer at the time had, needed to space it and make some cuts etc for the LS1 (it was for a SBC). Have fun with the exhaust if you are running it all the way back, I ran two 3" tubes off the headers to a Y behind the tranny, clearance is very tight, I had to put a big circle piece in the tranny crossmember to fit the damn pipe through on the drivers' side.

Are you talking about a big 16G? Because i'm not sure what they look like, but i had a small 16G on my 92 Eclipse, and that turbo looks nothing like my old small 16G.

I guess that header is cool if you're going for some kind of Deusenberg look or something. It's basically a log manifold.

Space constraints limited our header building.

I'm sure it was tight in the engine bay, and I don't see any exhaust gasses being fired at eachother in this manifold...

Well the car ran a 12.9 on its first pass ever down the track, after a little adjustment ran a 12.0, and then the rain stopped our attempts for the night. I think we can get an 11.5 out of it tomorrow.
