help!!! my tail-light and my signal lights aren't turing on

my 95 integra for some reason my lights won't turn on...not my headlight but my tail-light..and my signal light won't turn on when i turn on my lights (1st click)..but when i apply the brake it comes on and when i signal my signal lights comes on...what is the problem?

thanks alot "laziiboi08" i double checked my fuses and it turned out to be one of my fuses whew luckily it was just one of my fuse..i thought it was the wiring but thanks for the help
