im putting type r seats into my 00 civic si. do i just unbolt and bolt on? easy as sounds? do i unbolt the seats and then rails? or i could just unbolt the whole thing and put in the seats. they are ek9 type r seats so yea? just a noob as you can tell. thanks aha

 

Unbolt and bolt in, if they are EK9 Recaros.
