Radius rods have a bushing and nut in the front, when those get loose or "untightened" you'll hear a "pop" and other noises from the front. I would go check them out and tighten them. It worked for me.

when you turn the wheel you might have bad cv joints. Check the CV boots and if they are torn, you need to replace them. The CV joints that is.

remember, a boot doesn't necessarily have to be torn in order for a CV to be bad.. the way you tell if you're CV boot is bad is if you go to a parking lot and drive in a CONSTANT RADIUS and it clicks... if you do not drive in a constant radius, it can be mistaken for loose radius rods...

i got da same problem on my EF. yah, my one had really bad rubbers on da end of da radius rod. my mechanic replaced it with some spare rubber bushing he had laying around da shop. problem solved yesterday so its all good. i think with our cars, i think its time to buy new bushings.....gettin kinda old.

Mine does that too, what exactly needs to be tightened? Mine usually does it when I start from a complete stop or if I brake hard I'll hear it. It seems to do it when the weight is being shifted in either front or rear directions. I was thinking maybe the stab. bar needs adjusting.

Might check and see if it's not a broken shock, they can make a noise like that sometimes...

i put the prothanes in mine last summer and it`s wonderful . you turn the steering wheel and you go there. point and shoot. if you do go urethane get a softer spring or adjustable shock . with the whole kit in the car it gets a little harsh so you should have a little adjustment in your suspension. i have my car dropped 1 inch and everyone trips on it . their like - do you even have it lowered at all?- you don`t need to dump it to handle good.i kill em in the twisties .
