Default ***Power window help! 1992 Civic LX***

My driver's side power window won't wind down for crap. It ain't the switch (I have 3 switches) and it ain't the motor (Just got it replaced and tested). The only window's I can wind down from the master switch is the rear windows. The passenger window winds down from the passenger side switch.

Besides anything electrical, what else could it be?? All the fuses work underneath the dash inside the car. I don't know what else to do also, my power locks don't work also. Could this be related?? Hopefully someone can help me out before I waste more money -_-

thanks

Driver window won't go down:
First try spraying some silicone lubricant down the two rubber side channels where the driver's window slides. It may be binding. If that doesn't work, you may need to pop the driver's door panel off and realign the window in its side channels.

Front passenger window does't work using the driver's switch:
Check for an open (lack of continuity) in either the BLU/YEL or BLU/GRN wire between the driver's master switch and the front passenger's switch.

I know they are fuses underneath the dash for the power windows but is there also some type of relays?

1. Check for battery voltage to the master power window switch at pin 9, White/Yellow wire for the left front power window switch, if no voltage check fuse #5, if the fuse is good inspect the door jamb harness for a break in the wire.

2. Check for battery voltage to the master power window switch at pin 8, Blue/Black wire for the right front power window switch, if no voltage and the right front window works with the right front switch, inspect the left front door jamb harness for a break in the wire.

Take the harness boot off between the door and car and you'll find one broken wire it's for the power lock. I have the same exact problem. I haven't figured out the windows yet. Have you tried a new switch?
