Just my opinion but I would just get a head unit that is 45 x 4 for the replacement speakers, and for the 10" sub just get an amp with 2 channels. I don't think that you would need a 4 channel amp if you plan on just running one sub

h/u usually are rated WAY more thatwhat they produce. the head unit really makes no differeace if you are just gunna be runnign one10' and if so you only need a 1 channel amp--

forget everything i wrote up there i read wrong. you would wanna get a 4 channel amp, with a sub out. or what you could do is getta 3 channel amp. 2 channels for the mids n highs, and one for the sub. the only thing with that is that you could only fade either front to back , or side to side. or a 2 channel 1 for mids and highs, and one for subs. you wouldnt be able to fade at all though. still the same on the H/U though. I think the only company that is even close to putting out the power it says it does is nak. and maybe eclipse.
