Default Ls vtec sputter problem

Got a B18a1 bottom end with b16a head swap in my civic EF. Car sputters from 0-4000RPM but then after 4000rpm it picks up power and goes normal. Running a PR4 right now cause PW0 sputters all the time. Car is throwing code 7 right now cause I just replaced the tps sensor and guessing it needs to be set at the right voltage but I don't see why that would cause the problem. Anyone have any suggestion?

The car sputters really bad when you use the pw0 or the pr4? Did you make sure you don't have the TPS sensor and the MAP sensor plugs swapped with each other? Your car will sputter really bad if the MAP sensor plug is not the correct one.

Why not just fix the TPS code first? You may find that this will fix your problem.

Sputter both PW0 and PR4. Fixed the tps code but still sputter like crazy till 4K. I did have a code 5 but I fixed that already and I'm sure tps plug isn't switch with map sensor switch. O2 can cause this problem?
