D-Series Y7 to B-Series Throttle Body, IACV issue
So I have these delusions of grandure of wanting to extract a few ponies out of my Y7 disregarding the fact that my actions are quite possibly futile. My ignorance is blinded my passion for the automobile and to modify them for personal satisfaction, a passion that I've had since childhood.
With that, I've modified my stock intake manifold by port-matching, Extrude Honing, and port-maching the throttle body area for a Blox Integra 68mm throttle body. In my blind ignorance I over looked the IACV, thinking it was a temperature control valve. WRONG STUPID!!
Is there a solution to my problem without going to a different manifold?
