i have a 94 civic dx bubble wit a jdm d15b wit vtec.the vtec is wired correctly to the ecu and still not workin with i rev it .its obd1 with a p28 ecu.the oil is good level.dont know what it can be..not to good with vtec.any info would be greatly appreciated.

 

and CELs? did it just stop working or has it never worked?

 

the check engine is not one.how can i check out the cel's?it never worked..i guess..i bought the car like that..need sum info..thanks..
