I have a 97 ex converted si. Has a jdm b16. Was obd 2, converted to virgin p28 ecu obd1. Oil levels are fine, no check engine codes, new vtec pressure switch,dizzy,wires,plugs ect. Whole tune up. I haven't had vtec since i got the car. I have vtec wired directly to the ecu and still nothing. Any suggestions please. I've put hours and hours into this trying to figure out and neither myself or friends have been able to figure it out.

well there is a check list of things u can do. apparently u have not tried the search bar. there are multiple threads on this. look for them its to much stuff to have to tell u. also if u read a haynes man will help u diagnose issue
