Name this Relay - 89 Honda CRX
What is the difference between this relay:

and this relay:

Car won't start and suddenly died on the freeway going about 65mph cruising. Tried to restart and no luck. Got it towed back home and did a compression test. 245/245/240/240. Brand new distributor installed last week. When key is turned to #2 position dash lights come on, check engine light comes on then turns off within 2-3 seconds. When trying to crank the car, it does not start. When key is at #2 position, I don't hear the fuel pump priming at all, however I hear a click and then the check light goes away.
What could it be? Which relay would you change first? Thanks.

I removed the top relay (4-pin) from underneath the drivers side fuse panel - next to the hood release lever. Where is the main relay located on a CRX? I can't seem to find it. Thanks.
