OK, how are going to see if the valve is bent dude, did you try removing them...How about looking at the steam of the valve, that's where you are going to find out if it is bent or not, if the valve seem hard to move inside of the valve guide, then I would say you have bent valves for sure, as they should move freely.
they look fine. there is no impact damage. if a valve taps a piston you will see some type of impact on one or both. make sure when you clean the block and head for the new head gasket you do not scratch it with rough material. the MLS gaskets require a very fine surface to seal correctly. also, but an oem timing belt. the cheap-o brand often do not fit quite right. same with the head gasket. oem or fel pro
So much bad advice....
You can't all ways tell by looking at them. You can see no marks and they still are bent enough to not seal. There is a really easy way to tell. Poor gas (or anything else that is not water ie rubbing alcohol, kerosene....) fill each chamber up enough to cover valves. If they hold the gas with out it leaking through immediately they are fine. If it drains through they are bent...
Obviously this is with spark plugs in, and cams out just as you have pictured.

I remember when my old prelude timing belt broke, 12 out of 16 valves were bent. I was going about 25 mph and also check out the stems, the pics you have does not tell the whole story.
Not really, i've torn apart several heads that looked like the valves were 'fine' but as soon as my machinist got a hold of them, cleaned them up and inspected them, he was able to detect that some valves were slightly bent.
