i have a 1995 civic and im not getting spark , and im not getting fule unles i try to push start it . wat would it be

 

Check fuses and relay.

 

yea thats wat im in the prosses of doing but i dont have the fuse box diagram. the spark is intermittent. but the fule is wat weird to me im only gettin fule in the fule rail when i kick start it

 

You should be getting fuel pressure with the key in the on position.

No spark is most likely something in the dizzy. Go buy a rebuilt dizzy from the auto parts store. Trust me just buy the rebuilt dizzy. Remember everything in there is, how old?

If the fuel pump is not working with the key on, clean the ecu ground on the thermostat housing.

Are you saying you are getting fuel when the key is in ON(II) (for push start) but not in ON(III) using the starter. If so, check the ignition switch.
