wierd sound from engine

wierd sound from engine

i have a wierd chirp from the engine when i shut off the engine. it is a short chirp.....maybe 1/2 a second long. has anyone experienced this??

Sometimes when I close my door, my car starts to whine, it's pretty cool. (Being totally serious here)
