4-banger crv engine codes??

4-banger crv engine codes??
ok, trying to help diagnose remotely on this one guys. bad thing is I'm out in the woods camping and working on battery life so I'm just giving basics since I'm trying to max batt life. anyway, we dont want to have to tow it out of here
Its a crv (will fill in year/engine later but its a 4-banger and I'd say approx 2000ish?) and its throwing the following codes:
p1298
p1166
p0134
anyone have any insight?? Will check in later and fill in info on car. I think the 0134 code is an o2 code though?

P1298 - Electrical Load Detector High Input
P1166 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 1 (Primary HO2S) Heater Circuit Malfunction
P0134 - Oxygen 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank I Sensor 1)
