Default Removing Engine Grease from bumpers..??

So i did my swap this weekend an got tons of fingerprints and handprints on my bumpers, especially where the cleat coat has faded away so the grease is in there... I've heard use that orange hand cleaner, but i tried that and it did nothing.. Should I try a Bug & Tar remover, or is there something a little more effective that I don't know about..?? Thanks..

dish soap...but if it's on there real good...get a good wax and degreaser from a paint shop. Upol is a cheap brand.

Brake cleaner doesn't sound like a good idea...that stuff stripped some high-temp enamel riiiight off of my brake rotor hats. Wax & Grease remover would be optimal, concentrated simple green would work well, dish soap...basically any degreaser should be fine.
