Post tail light info plz indeed of srious help

my buddies dc2 tail light r always on bright with the spoiler n when he applys brakes it gos just a bit stronger got a tickets i dunt know what the problem anyone knows

if the tail-light is always on bright then maybe something is probably wrong with the wiring ...but i still don't get how you get a ticket for having "too" bright tail-light???

I would check the taillight wiring harness and also check the bulbs make sure it's the correct size bulbs, in every single one.
