it will definitely fit, the wiring is going to give you a hassle, but its doable

yes, and the wiring actually isn't even THAT big of a deal, obd2a to obd1 conversion harness, re-wire IAC, 1 wire for knock, 2 for VTEC, and re-pin distributor.

anything will fit. if the money is right. hell you can put a ls1 in a hatch with the right amount of money. but yes it will fit. i would wait on a sohc vtec motor and put the money into a B or preferably a K.

ohhhh sooooo now you wanna hear us?! you will need (and i may be forgetting something)

The aforementioned obd2a to obd1 conversion harness to run the obd1 p28 ECU
96-00 Civic EX header and mid pipe (just keeping it simple, although you don't HAVE to use these if you want to do some customizing)

honestly i think that's it, in a D to D swap it's pretty much just the labor.

most states it's illegal. I know here in MD the motor has to be from the same year as the car or newer.

yeh it will fit, all u will need is a step down kit that will convert obd2 wiring to obd1 harness :] i would rather save up my money a lil and go with a b series. i hav a 93 si and i blew my single v motor n im loving my bseries 10 times more...no regrets.

there is no knock sensor on the z6's , one less wire ...lol
