• The piston design can match the needs of your camshaft, cylinder head chamber, and stroker setup requirements.

What do I need to get a custom piston done for my setup?


We need specific information to do any custom piston. As much information you can give will benefit the design of the piston.

• Bore size. We’ll assume you want the pistons leveled with the deck, specify if not.
• Compression desired(Some setups maybe limited in how high or low the compression will be)
• Type of Cylinder Head used. Note if Milled or Not
• Type of Block used.
• Type of Crankshaft used and its stroke
• Type of Rod used and its length. Note if using a different wrist pin width than usual.
• Type of Fuel: Gas, Alcohol, etc.
• Daily Driven or Race Only
• Head gasket thickness: Using custom thickness or basic OEM thickness HG.
• Wrist Pin type: Standard, Thicker(HighHP Boost), Lighter(All Motor)
• Valves: Standard or Oversize(specify mm size)
• Camshaft specifications: Provide all specs from the manufacturer.

There are other information required, but we can go through that when you’re finalizing your order.

Bore choices:

B16/B18: 81-87mm bore.
H22: 87-90.5mm bore.
D16/D15: 75-79mm bore
K20/K24: 86-90mm bore

Other applications available(F, C, D17, etc).

We have certain specs already calculated with specific camshafts, cylinder head and block combinations.

There are some common combinations that we've done many times that may be suitable to your setup. But if you have your own combination of parts, we can make a piston set that will work with what youre trying to achieve.

Piston pics mostly show All Motor high compression ones but we can do Turbo compressions as well. Didnt really show much turbo pistons since they all look pretty similar with their dish or flat faced surfaces.
