And this may help I loaded my car with a lot of stuff when I helped my cousin move apartments and I was wondering if I might have put to much weight into it

Oh this happened to me before... There is a little mouse that is stuck between one of your springs in the front. So whenever you stop the weight squeezes him and he cries.

lol I pushed down on each corner of the car but nothing all sides of the car seemed similar when pushed down and now when I drive my car it pulls to the right slighlty when I let go of the wheel when I first bought it it pulled to the left idk wtf is wrong with it
Wheel Bearing on one of the sides? Lift the car up from the front, and go to each front wheel and try to shake them side to side. If they have extreme play it may your wheel bearing. Good luck

Maybe check your lug nuts dude, make sure they're all tight. I had a friend that had some loose lugs and it messed up all kinds of crap and made a lot of different noises.

Most of the time I work on my own car in my garage. For mechanical stuff that I really get lazy on I take it to Mark @ One6 motorsports in Arlington Heights.
