ok well i just got my knuckle back from napa because i had them press out the lower ball joint. now i am at installing them. so my question is how do i install them? should i just take a big hammer to it? and also, how and where does the c-clip go on? thanks

 

you can take a hammer and lightly tap evenly around the ball joint until it goes all the way in. If you hit it too hard, you can damage the casing around the ball joint and damage it. Would be a lot easier if you have them pressed in at a shop.

 

im patient so i can just tap them in, i want be bashing on them haha. so how about the c-clip?

 

i believe the clip goes on once the ball joint is placed.. underneath.
