Whats up Im looking to swap for a K20Z1 and the thing is for my vehicle the only custom mounts I can find are for the k24 series to the best of there knowledge. I would assume that the k24 utilizeds the same mounts and tranny mount as the K20Z1, Am I right? Please let me know, it would be pretty cool to not get an engine that wont fit and mounts as well. Oh yeah I have a CD5 I just figure you guys have kseries already so you should know if the K24 and K20z1 have interchangeable mounts thanks. E Z

 

you mean you have a DC5?

So are you swapping out the a3 base model engine??
The Z1 will bolt right in from the A3 so will the k24 but you need a honda cr-v side timing bracket

 

Is CD5 an Accord??

Yeah it's an Accord, Most people don't like it as a base model. I like the RSX but still a college student and I won't sacrifice my future for RSX payment's. NO TIMe

But I can afford an engine. So Do you know?Thanks.
