20 gal?

would a 20 gallon CH air compressor be good enough to paint a car or would the pressure drop too much as i painted?

depends on how many cfm the comp is rated for and at what psi

what kind of gun are you using? conventional, rp, hvlp? these will help answer your question.

i would say no just b/c not alot of 20 gal. compressors have a high enough CFM

nope....for how many times the compressor will have to recharge you'll have dry spots and alot of imperfections.
