Default d15b with y7 head?

well i just figured out the sol has a cracked head, and i have a friend giving me a d16y7 head. question is, is there anything special that has to be used or that i need from the y7 engine, or anything i have to do for it to work on the d15b block. the y7 is non vtec i think ( somebody can correct me if i'm wrong ) so if i'm using all my d15 stuff, im, em, and ecu the head should bolt right on and run fine right? any help is appriciated as always. thanks

no wtf. Its a d15b, the head is not taller. A d16y7 head is the same height as d15b head becaues a d15b head is the same as a D16Z6 head. The only difference that i am not sure of is the timing belt. Although i think a d15b uses a d16 timing belt anyway.

D15B uses the VX belt, D15Z1, 1 tooth shorter.
