Default Fuel Pump Not Kicking On And CEL LIght Now

Ok last night when I was riving home I noticed my cel light was flickerin likr eit wanted to come on but would just eventually go off..right before I got to my house it stayed on completely and the car shut off. I got it to turn back over and got to the house and today I tried checking the code and the CEL wont blink or anything to tell me what the code is..and the fuel pump is not kicking on. Any suggestions

So at this point, if you turn the key to ON(II), the CEL remains ON steady and, if you jump the service connector, the CEL still remains ON steady without blinking? If so, start by checking whether fuse 31, 24, or 18 is blown and whether the crucial ground wire attached to the thermostat housing is loose or corroded.

Yea its just stays on..what fuses are those?

Edit - Nevermind it was one of the wires to the thermostat like you said..it was pulled out of the copper that it goes into if that makes sense. Thanks alot man
