Default High-Bouncy Idle / VTEC not crossing over?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGRu_BJAAls

I posted a compilation on youtube showing the problem that I am currently having with my GSR. The motor has 90,xxx miles and hasn't given me any serious problems YET. It gets me from point A to point B. But as of last week, I ran a wire in the ECU and it is running 4 codes which consist of,

02 Sensor
Ignition Timing
Fuel Supply system
VTEC Oil pressure switch.

Could this problem be related to any of the codes?
The gas mileage doesn't seem right at all either. My last car was a 1994 Toyota Supra Turbo and it's ironic how this car is getting almost the same mileage as my toyota did except for not having a turbo.
I'd like to fix the car myself if it's a simple/moderate fix, I have no experience with these type of motors at all.
Any ideas and/or advice is VERY much appreciated. Thanks

Oops, almost forgot to list the mods, (I bought the car with these mods, I haven't touched the motor since)
AEM universal intake
BLOX intake manifold
Fuel Pressure Regulator
ITR Headers
ITR Pistons
Straight pipe
Stock muffler

Well bro you have the codes, the codes don't lie....Start addressing on at a time, then once you are complete do a ecu rest...From what Iam seeing, I'd start with replacing the O2 sensor, or check to see if one of the wires came lose from the pigtail. This will affect your gas mileage. Remove your timing belt cover and check to see that your cam gear hasn't jumped compare both cam gear with there TDC indicator...1teeth = 3 degrees, grab a timing light and check overall timing. If there are issue that the ecu think or considers serious, the ecu will enable vtec, this could be why your are getting the vtec oil pressure code, but check the connector..make sure it's clean, and on...You should check the mesh of the vtec solenoid, as they can become cloged, and cause pressure issues. As for the fuel code, check your lines for leaks...replace your fuel filter if you haven't already..one or more injectors may be bad....try some of these...then report back!

yeah your sucky gas mileage is probably due to the O2 sensor. As for the idle, maybe try cleaning the FITV and/or IACV, I cleaned those two before i put my new motor in and my motor idles perfect at normal temp and it idles around 1500 at cold start.

As for VTEC, try cleaning the solenoid too like JDM bones said. Check all your fuel lines as well. Good luck

I just seen that you added a parts list, looks like you installed a IM, check and make sure that all the bolts are on to spec...torque spec that is..If one or more are lose this can bring in additional air in...which will mess with your air fuel mixture...running to lean! this can cause the bouncing idle that ou are getting...You also replaced the FPR, what pressure do you have it at, and check for leaks on everything that you removed the fuel system is very sensitive, and needs all new brass o rings when taken apart...
