ATTENTION all bodywork experts. can this be pulled and straighted or cut out??
Here are the pics. I am hoping it can be pulled out, straightened and filled. I would hate to have a shop cut out replace as it may cost more.

you would not have to cut that out...you could use a pin gun i cant really cant think of what it is called. but DEF. do not need to cut that out
is called a stud gun... but i think it would be easier if try to get to it from behind taking the trim panel off and hammered and dollied...
^^ prob the best thing to do if you dont want to replace the 1/4. bang it out from behind with a hammer n dolly then just fill it
Your not pulling that wheel lip out with a stud gun, and you can't get behind if from the inside. You need a big *** slide hammer called a morgan knocker to get the wheel lip pulled out, then you can use a stud gun on the rest. Pretty easy fix for somone that knows what they are doing. For a novice you will probably only make more work for the next guy to fix.

def try hammer and dollie before the stud gun. hondas haver whats seems to be really thin metal and studs guns sometimes just pop holes into the panel. you will probably get a better result from the hammer method though for sure
Sure, after the wheel lip is pulled out you could remove the interior panel and hammer and dolly it. I'd still use a stud gun, but either way will work.
Stud welder, hammer and dolly, and a slide hammer to pull out the lip, then filler primer paint. Easy repair
