Fog light problems!! Please help
ok i've installed these foglights with and oem kit and still its a no go with getting them to work.
ive checked all the ground bolts and i ran a hot through the 1 pin connector (see picture)
and the lights turn on so i know it has to be something wrong somewhere in the switch harness. so now im stuck i have everything hooked up perfectly so i was trying to mess with the harness and relay to see if i could figure out the problem i took a hot ground wire i hooked from my battery and was touching and test the wires tiring to see what gets the light to turn on . when everything is hooked up and i touch all the wires on the relay with my hot/ground wire it urns on the light! but when i take it off it stays on until i turn the switch off (as it should) but when i try to turn it back on with out the wire i have connected to the battery it doesnt work. but if i leave the hot/ground wire on the relay the light stay on even if the switch is off and even when the car is off.
i know this is really confusing but if someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated let me know if you need any clarification because again this is confusing as hell

and doubled the checked the steps with these directions:

I followed those 1st set of directions you posted and everything on myne worked. Which switch do you have? The one on the steering colum? The relays are around $10-15. You should go buy one and see if yours is bad. What size fuse did u put in the #6 slot?
Edit: Part # for relay is 39794-SDA-A05. I have an extra on but it would probly cost less to buy one rather than ship it.

Mabey its a bad switch or just a bad relay. If you have followed the DIY step by step it should work. Try a 30 amp fuse in the #6 slot. Try to take your relay up to honda and have them test it for you. Idk if they will or not but its worth a shot. If nothing else PM me and i can mail you my other relay.(new still in the orignal pakage)

The most common problem is the brown connector by the washer fluid tank. A lot of people have a hard time getting it to "click". Because I waited a year before installing OEM Fog's, dirt got up into the connector so I couldn't get it to click. I mashed as hard as I could on it, then siliconed it, lol. worked like a charm. Try mashing that connector w/ the lights on to test. Otherwise you prolly have a bad relay.

Make sure you got the wires in the correct fuses..
