Default Problem: car shakes at low speeds

My friend and I installed a b16a(p30 ecu) into his civic hatchback cx. It came out my cousin's hatch. Anywho, what do you guys think is the problem when we drive show it shakes, stutter feeling, wobble like, so we changed the driver side axle because we had to dissassemble the clip to remove it for the swap. So we changed axle off a 99 -00 civic si because its a female to female style and that was not the problem. Motor mounts are tight. What could the problem be? In the original car it was fine. We even adjusted the suspension to soft. Can't figure the problem. Thanks everyone.

I've got this problem in my crx. I bought it wrecked, and it was a whole lot worse than it is now, but I know why. When it was wrecked, it cracked the wheel bearing. Replacing that made it 50% better. Also had to replace the part that goes from the radiator support to the lower control arm, as it had been bent well over an inch from where it needs to be. Its still not perfect. I compared my lower control arm to a new one, and it is also bent! I'm 99% sure this is why mine still shutters between 15 and 25 mph. Look at all the suspension components carefully, and look for bent parts. Hope that helps?

check your ball joints upper and lower. sometimes they look fine and are small but one one bad joint will make it ride like homemade cardboard downhill derby car

All the bearings, hubs, bushing was replaced when we installed the new dampers then new motor 2months later.

Now I just think because it's on hard rubber bushings and 12k/10k pics with all the bracing.

So the problem began after you installed the new engine correct? did you drive the car before hand or did you buy it, and throw the motor in.
also, check the tie rods, i've seen some bent before and they make the car shake.

low speed wobbles are tire and or rim issues. nothing more..nothing less.
