Use the 99-00 Si rear disc brakes, the e-brake cables from it are a perfect fit.

No, you will have to get e-brake cables from the 99-00 Si, as well. Your drum cables will not work.

start spraying with PB blaster now and do it for at least a month and you might have to cut the frame open... i did. Make sure you use a ex master or a integra master

No, you cannot use your drum e-brake cables for rear disc brakes.

X2, its a crap ton easier if you have another vehicle to use and you have the time to pull the trailing arms off, chances are your not going to get the torx head bolts that hold the disc brake assembly to the control arm off without breaking them, be prepared to drill the bolts and retap the holes... i just had to replace my LR trailing arm and i got one from a junkyard from a 96 EX and had to swap all my Si stuff to it. luckily i drilled the bolts out just enough to barely leave their threads in the hole, ran a 10mm tap into the holes and it knocked the leftover bolt threads out, replaced with standard head bolts of the same size and thread and perfect! about all i can say now is... Have fun! LoL oh yeah, make sure you soak the large nut oh the rear of the trailing arm in the center of the 4 torx bolts with PB Blaster

he cut holes in the unibody to get to the threads that needed soaked, cuz the bolts are usualy rusted super bad inside.

I had this done already on a 92 civic Hatch before and I didn't have any broken bolts or anything like it, maybe i got lucky.. All that cutting frame sounds like you didn't know what you was doing or didn't have the right tools.. good brand tools make a big dif, more torque wit power and they come off easier... anyway thanks for all the info guys!!
