Icon2 ZC timing Q

Im not getting any power to my car. i dont have a timing belt on yet. can that be the problem? i get rear hazzards and thats it. no clock, no blinkers, no interior lights, no head/tail lights, nothing else works. i just bought a new battery (the old one wasnt started in 2 yrs) hoping that would fix the problem but nothing changed. so everthing should work. ive never had a timing belt problem b4. im hoping thats the reason and its not an electrical problem.

The timing belt is NOT an electrical connection. Something else is causing that problem. Definitely check fuses first, that's the easiest thing to start with, then check grounds.
