Default Ignition Cylinder Replacement

So, as many of you frequenters know, my car was recently stolen and recovered. The ignition is stuck on 2 as of right now with no way of getting it back to 0 to follow these instructions.

Is there any way to get the cylinder out without having to turn the key to 0?

EDIT: Sorry, didn't even realize how big that picture was... I was on my 1920x1200 screen and it looked fine to me.

Bumping back up to the top, ignition comes in tomorrow and I need to know if I'm going to be able to get it out myself or going to have to take it in..

Not necessarily. I've had to chisel shear bolts off of the cylinder lock housing, at work, to be able to replace the cylinder lock, because it was so messed up. If you need to replace the lock, and you can't seem to get it out, as per the service manual, then you'll need to get the shear bolts out to remove the lock housing. Two ways to do it. The slot the shear bolts with a cut off wheel and use a straight blade screw driver to unscrew them method, or if you can't get a cut off wheel in there to slot it, i use the chisel method. I get the chisel on an angle to the bolt, along the top edge of it, and strike it until the bolt breaks loose. Then i just screw it off by hand. I've done it a bunch of times. There's a service bulletin on the 94-97 body Accord with cylinder lock issues. I think it's something to do with the car running and being able to remove the key from the lock cyl. I think there's another model of Accord with some type of ignition cyl. problem, too. Come to think of it, I think the 90-93 Accord, 94-97 Accord, and 98-02 Accord all had some type of cylinder issue. Different one's, though. If you have access to any Honda service manual, great. If you need help understanding what you need to do, i'm here to help. Give me a holler. I work at a Honda dealership.
