Yes.

The correct name is "Koni Sport". Everyone just calls them "yellows" since they come painted that color.

I think you misread, or that page is otherwise incorrect (I didn't bother to read it).

They can be used to drop the car 1.5", with the stock springs.

They provide a performance upgrade with stock springs (with only a minor decrease in ride quality), yet can also be paired with very stiff adjustable height spring setups (and not be under damped), and can run anywhere from stock height to "slammed". That's why people love them, they can handle most situations.
