I assume the fronts are no issue. What about the back seat?

 

I did a JDM 1990-1991 Civic Sedan front seat swap into my 1991 CRX Si. And I had to do the seat pan swap to make the Jdm sedan seats fit into my CRX. The rails are different also. I don't really know about the rears.

why would you want ugly sedan rears when you can have hatch rears?

 

You would probably have to fab up rails for the CRX seats to fit into your sedan.

The backs are completely different, they will not fit. And if they "fit", which is to say the width is appropriate (which I doubt), it will be ugly and mismatched.

And why would you want sedan front seats? They are ugly and bolster-less. I would rather have DX hatch seats than sedan seats...

Bottom line: just buy hatchback parts.
