my car idles kind of weird only after i turn on my high beams and headlights the rpm just drops and starts idling weird

 

yeah, my jeep even does this, i just deal with it. not telling you to do the same, but i don't worry about it. if that thing doesn't make a new noise every day, thats when i get concerned.

 

Sounds like an alternator/charging system issue. Might want to remove both the alternator and battery and have them tested at an auto parts store.

 

you dont think it can be idle controler? or timing belt?

It would be because you are using more electricity for your lights
Its like if you roll the windows down or up sometimes it kinda surges, my car sometimes atleast

 

i always have HID's city lights everything on my integra i have the conversion

 

anyone has the same problem? also i notced when i roll my windows down lol it happens too

 

if the idle is set incorrect or the timing is off this can happen. normally you either idle normal or up slightly with the lights on. if something is out of wack the iacv can wig & the idle will go all over. if you tap the gas and it normalizes i would check your idle setting, fuel pressure and timing. i've seen all 3 effect idle.
