Default b head type lma washer for spring type and lma rebuild

oke guys i was messing around and found somthing intresting out the cause of the lma's from sticking is due to the insides of the lma there is 2 springs anda washer inside the washer get slamed under time and gets polished it tends to stick to the upper wall partly due to the springs geting softer but there is a way to fix it ill post pics top give u an idea on what it looks like

the other is the spring type replacement for the lma's as u know there vary costly and most people want to save the extra cash so i did some fooling around tomorow im going to get one h22 spring type lma and try to see if the little spacer inside the old cylinder type lma will fit if so it will take vary little moding to make it work here are some pics to give u guys an idea

what i found is if u take the old lma and attack it to a drill and spin it and push in and out on it it will stop sticking the other way is to remove the ring on the top ther way u do it is take a dremel and cut a tiny slit on the side near the top so u can push the clip with a tiny needle then i take some 120grid and sand the washer inside the cylinder type lma the sides that fases up to the top of the lma u also got to scuff the top side as well with out scuffing the walls on the inside of the cylinder if done right the there should be no more sticking
